Dear Avjobs Customer,

In our continued efforts to improve reliability and security of your Avjobs service, we have scheduled some enhancements to be turned on in the coming days.

Employers Services
On August 5, we will begin to introduce new services to users of the Avjobs Employer Services System.

Customer Support
During August 8 - 12, 2016, between the normal business hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mountain Time, we will be available to assist you with any questions or help with the new services.

You should not notice any service interruption.
In the unlikely event you do experience any issues, log out of your account and close your browser. The reopen your browser and log back into your account. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact customer care.

In observation of the Veteran’s Day Holiday on Wednesday, November 11th, 2015  Avjobs offices will be closed. Our offices will resume normal business hours on Thursday, November 12th, 2015.

Job postings have a life span

Job postings routinely expire in 30 days to keep things fresh.

Job postings on our site have a life span set by the employer. They expire unless renewed or reposted (by the employer). At any point during their run, jobs can be manually deleted by the companies. In either case, they will no longer appear on our site, and you can no longer submit your resume to the job. Unfortunately, this is something that is specified on the employers' part, and not on the part of Avjobs.

Job postings routinely expire in 30 days to keep things fresh.

Changes to the Resume Builder section of the site

We recently made some changes to the Resume Builder section of the site. These changes may require you to update your Master Profile/Resume to better align yourself with employer searches. Please log into your account as soon as possible to make the necessary changes.

When building your master profile, you are asked for your career interests. The categories of interest are divided into broad areas and your selected interests can open doors to more opportunities.

Begin by selecting three (3) general employment categories that appeal to you most.

You are more likely to be found by employers when your preferences, skills and personal interests match what an employer is looking for.
